Refund policy

The full bank is digital content delivered the moment payment completes. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded and when it cannot. The free tier includes a full-length 60-item timed mock, the 25-question diagnostic and the 12 official sample questions, so you can judge the quality before you pay.

14 days, while the purchase is unused

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no paid questions have been delivered under your license key. Paid questions are delivered from our server one session at a time, when you start a paid mock, a fresh randomized form, or a drill or ladder on the full pool, on any device. Activating the key on its own delivers no questions and does not count as use.

Once you use it, the purchase is final

At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand you lose the 14-day right to a refund once paid questions are delivered to you. That is the rule for digital content in the EU and UK, and it is the same rule in our payment provider's refund policy. After the first paid session has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.

Always refunded

• Duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate is refunded.
• No key delivered. If payment completed and no license key reached you within 24 hours, and we cannot deliver it, the purchase is refunded.
• A fault we cannot fix. If a technical problem on our side makes the paid content unusable and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, the purchase is refunded.

How to request a refund

Orders are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Request a refund at paddle.net (look up your order with the email you paid with), or email hello@mockcerts.com with your receipt number and we will pass it on. Paddle reviews each request under this policy and its own rules, and it does not issue refunds where there is evidence of refund abuse.

What a refund does

A refund disables the license key on every device, including access to past reviews. Our server keeps a record of when your key was activated and of every paid session it delivered, with timestamps and question counts (never your answers), so that refund requests and payment disputes can be checked against actual use. Chargebacks on a license with delivered questions are contested with that record and the consent given at checkout, and the key is disabled.

Fair use

Your key is for your own preparation. To protect the bank, a license receives at most 240 new paid questions per 24 hours (retakes are not limited), delivered text carries an invisible identifier tied to your key, and keys used to copy or redistribute questions are disabled without refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law in your country that cannot be waived.
