MockCerts is an independent practice-exam brand operated by its sole proprietor. By using mockcerts.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms.

Orders and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where it applies.

Refunds

Purchases can be refunded within 14 days while no paid questions have been delivered to you. Once they have, the purchase is final. See the refund policy for the details and the cases that are always refunded.

Free content

The free diagnostic, free mock and official sample questions may be used by anyone for personal exam preparation.

Paid content and license

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the paid question bank for the exam you bought, on up to three activated devices, for as long as the Site operates. A team pack grants that license to the number of seats purchased, each for one named person. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, share your license key, or use the content to build another product or question bank, in whole or in part.

Your data

The Site stores your attempts and settings in your own browser (local storage). We do not operate accounts. Payment data is handled by Paddle as merchant of record. For licensed content our server records when your key is activated and each paid session it delivers (timestamps and counts, never your answers). See the privacy policy.

No guarantee of results

Practice scores are estimates. Nothing on the Site guarantees a pass on any real exam, and the Site is not a substitute for the vendor's official guide and policies.

Acceptable use

Do not submit recalled exam content, attempt to circumvent the license gate, or use automated tools to extract the question bank. Paid questions are delivered per session, rate-limited, and carry an invisible identifier tied to your key, so copies can be traced. We may revoke licenses used in breach of these terms without refund.
